Returning Online Purchases

To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days of when the order was placed.

Please provide a copy of your sales receipt or provide the name of the purchaser.
Custom Orders, special orders, modified, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Watches that have been worn or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping charges from the original purchase are not refundable, if applicable.

To Send Us Your Return

Please securely wrap the merchandise in a box and insure the package for the full retail price of the item(s). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Kitsinian Jeweler assumes no liability for the loss of and / or damage to the merchandise while in transit to our return location.

Returning an Online Purchase in Store

If the purchase amount is over $995, the refund will require a few days to process:

Credit and Debit Cards: Returns will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction.
Cash: A refund check will be issued.
Check: A check will be issued back to the purchaser from the corporate office.

For credit card purchases under $995:

The refund will be transacted immediately or by the following business day. Returns without the sales receipt may be delayed to the next business day if the original purchase details cannot be confirmed when you are in the store.

Refunds/Exchanges only accepted in the country of purchase.

Kitsinian Store Return and Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange Kitsinian merchandise in its original, unused and unworn condition within 30 days of the purchase date.

Custom Orders, Special Orders and modified or altered items cannot be returned.

Gift exchanges can be made in store, a gift card can be issued upon request during an exchange.
All transactions are refunded by way of original tender. Original credit card is needed during refund that was used during original tender.

If the purchase amount is over $200:

Credit Cards: Returns will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction.
Debit Cards: If used as a debit card, a refund check will be issued. If used as a credit card, returns will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction.
Cash: A refund check will be issued from the corporate office.
Check: A check will be issued back to the purchaser.
